Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, place, or other detail into a search box operated by a third-party provider, the query goes to that provider for processing. Carlisle County Released Inmates does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's policy governs its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact form, we keep the message and reply details as needed to answer you and manage the correspondence. We do not disclose a contact message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Routine server, analytics, and advertising systems may receive technical details when a page loads. Those details can include:
- the internet protocol address used for the visit;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and the time spent on them;
- the referring website, when supplied; and

Some advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and select interest-based ads. That cross-site processing takes place through the partner, not within Carlisle County Released Inmates.

We do not sell personal information. Information may nonetheless be available to a limited group when necessary:

These choices concern data controlled by this private site. Requests for a sheriff, jail, court, or KDOC record must go to that government custodian under its rules and Kentucky law, including the Kentucky Open Records Act where applicable.
